Welcome to the GGFE Homeowners Association (HOA) Online Property Management System!
 

As a homeowner in the GGFE-HOA, you are able to login and view your account information.
Homeowners can only view their own account information.

The GGFE HOA Online Property Management system provides the following information:

• Account History (such as charges, payments, and all other transactions)
• Important Information and Announcements
• Make Request
• View / Download Documents
• View / Post Discussions
• View HOA Financial Information

I'm not sure about my access information?

Every homeowner in the GGFE has access to the property management system. To access the system you must have a valid email address and password. To verify your email address and password, contact the Board of Directors at Email the Board. Please provide your full name and address in the email message to ensure proper access to the system.

Once your email address has been verified, you will receive a email message with your temporary password to access the Property Management system. You will receive your temporary password within 4 hours.

What if I don't have an email address?

Thanks to one of our homeowners sponsoring our website and email messaging system, we can provide homeowners, that do not have an email address, with an email address. To request an GGFE email address, send a message to the GGFE webmaster at Request for GGFE Email Address.

Also, there are many sources to getting a free email address such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail.

What if I don't have access to a computer or my email messages?

As you get to know your neighbors, ask your neighbor to utilize their computer to access the GGFE website and Property Management system to view GGFE-HOA related information. Also, you can visit your local Library, that provide computer access, to view GGFE-HOA information. If you do not have access to a computer or your email messages contact a Board Member for assistance.
